Graduated in Law at the University of Bologna with specialization in Business Law, she has been registered with the Padua Bar since 2008.

She started her professional experience within the international tax and legal consultancy firm Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, dealing with legal assistance to national and multinational companies in the area of commercial, corporate, intellectual property and international law.

Subsequently, she held the role of in-house head of legal affairs at Schüco International Italia S.r.l.. In 2013, she founded a professional firm focusing her activity on commercial agreements, both national and international.

In September 2019, she established the law firm LCS - Law Consulting & Solutions in Padua together with the partners Andrea Basso and Elena Capodaglio, with the aim of providing a highly specialized legal consulting service to companies.

In 2019, she perfected her business skills by successfully completing the Postgraduate Specialization Course for Business Lawyers at the Bocconi University in Milan.

 

Areas of practice:

• drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, both in Italian and English language, with Italian and foreign counterparties;

• legal assistance in ordinary business activities, day-to-day support in the management of relationships with customers and suppliers, claims management, etc.;

• legal advice in extraordinary corporate transactions, both national and cross-border;

• consultancy in compliance matters (GDPR, Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, etc.) and support in the identification and implementation of company procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.
